Review: Alexi Panos’s book is like a workbook. It asks deep questions and forces you to reflect upon the answers.
It’s not fluff. You get to read a small chapter followed by missions and then a section on reflection.

Plain and simple, the book presents transformative tools to get that happiness factor in your life. Just like Love Louder, the book also includes some quotes.
The uniqueness of this book lies in the questions. Most of the chapters ask a question, which tackles the inner thinking’s and beliefs of the reader.
Even some of the chapters are headed with a question.
For example,

  • How do you define success?
  • What are you waiting for?
  • are actually chapters.
But chapters on compassion, goals, curiosity, unplugging from modern devices etc are also included. Its a comprehensive book in terms that it touches upon a lot of personal development topics.

My rating: 7 out of 10

Recommended for: Readers who like to read books on life lessons and improvement and how to include more balance and happiness in their life.

I received this book from netgalley for review purposes.
